Genella Smith Obituary
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will be Friday, October 11, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. Alvis Treece will officiate.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her Husband-Randel D. Smith; Daughter-Susan Renae Smith; Mother-Berthie Nix; Father-Mark Nix; Sister-Willy Lou Barnes; Brothers-James, Brady, Joel, and William Nix.
She is survived by her Sons-Randel Smith (Nan), Joel Smith (Jenny), Greg Smith (Karen), and Thomas Smith (April); Sister-Shirley Dodd; Grandchildren-Kayla Smith, Misty Brown (Anthony), Steven Smith (Ruby), Josh Smith (Erin), Samantha Brown (Chris), Johnathan Smith (Rachel), Hunter Smith, Paige Van Lemput, Brandy Donaldson, Jennifer Kilpatrick and Jason Martin; Great Grandchildren-Savannah Pugh, Bryson Pugh, Adam Hernandez, Natalie Brown, Madilyn Brown, Alonah Brown, Kaia Smith, Nick Smith, Ella Smith, Morgan Valentine, Faith Layfield, Gracie Martin, and Titan Kilpatrick.
