David Lee LaBeff, 70, of North Fort Myers, Florida, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
For over 35 years, David was the proud owner and proprietor of The LaFayette Inn in LaFayette, where he not only built a beloved establishment but also became a cherished part of the community. He had a deep love for the town of LaFayette, and that love was returned tenfold by the community he served so wholeheartedly. His presence, stories, and kindness will be dearly missed but forever remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
David was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Dorthey LaBeff.
To cherish his memory, he is survived by his companion in life, Tina Hunt of North Fort Myers, FL; and sister, Diane LaBeff of Syracuse.
Funeral services will be private.
