Charles Michael "Mickey" Burch, 72, of Cornelius, passed away Monday, April 4, 2022.
He was a member of Grace Covenant Church, Cornelius, where he served as an Usher, for 39 years. Mickey enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and spending time with family. Mickey served his country for four years in Vietnam as a member of the Navy. After leaving the Navy, Mickey spent the majority of his career working as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Issac Burch and Marion B. Burch, brothers, Kenneth Burch and Steven C. Burch.
Mickey is survived by his wife of 44 years Kathy Little Burch and family, son Pat Burch, wife Melissa, daughter Brittany Burch (Ed P.), and daughter Jennifer Rascoe (Chad). Grandchildren Emma Burch and Luke Burch, all of Cornelius. Sisters Janet Bennett, Carol Casey and Brother, Timothy K. Burch, wife Angie. As well as six nephews and three nieces.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9 at Grace Covenant Church, Cornelius. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. also at Grace Covenant.
