Theresa (Mrozowski) Bolton, 93, of Middlefield, beloved wife of Ronald Bolton, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. She was born on January 29, 1932, in Middlefield, daughter of the late Antoni and Maryanna "Maria" (Tokarz) Mrozowski. Theresa, a life-long resident of Middlefield, graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School class of 1950. She began working at Aetna Insurance shortly after, where she met her husband, Ronald. She also worked at Rogers Manufacturing and Bonded Technology for many years. Everyone enjoyed her cooking and baking, and she was widely known for her perfect blueberry pies made from her own home-grown berries. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, and will be remembered as a loyal UCONN Huskies fan and loved her team. Theresa is survived by her husband, Ronald; sons, Greg Bolton and his wife, Cherie, Darryl Bolton and his wife, Frances; daughter, Rosemarie Querns and her husband, Kerry; grandchildren, Sierra Querns, Aleah Querns, Davana Kinney, Samuel Bolton, and Allyson Bolton; her sister, Ann Satagaj; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Josephine Zieminski, Helen Slomkowski, Jennie Raczka, Elsie Dombrowik; and brothers, John, Peter, and Chester Mrozowski. Her Funeral Liturgy at St. Colman Church and burial in Middlefield Cemetery will be held at a later date. Those who wish may send memorial contributions to Middlesex Health Hospice.
