MAYSVILLE — Joseph Daniel "Joey" McBride, 56, of Ewing, passed away on Jan. 21, 2026.
Mr. McBride was a member of the Maysville CrossPoint Church and a farmer by trade. He was born in Napoleon, Ohio on June 21, 1969, the son of Dora Mae Barbee McBride and the late Daniel Wood McBride.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Kelly Hampton McBride; his children, Kelsey McBride (Zach Zornes) of Ewing and Kyle Moran (Whitney Galloway) of Peebles, Ohio; grandchildren, Clayton Sanders, Nash Zornes, Kaydence Moran, Kodi Moran and Kylie Zornes; his brother, Gary Wood McBride (Jeannie) of Ewing; his father and mother-in-law, Garey and Jane Hunt of Ewing; his brother-in-law, Jerry Workman (Mary) of Ewing and family friend, Miranda Roberts and his bible study friends.
Funeral services for Joey McBride will be held at the Maysville CrossPoint Church at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, with Pastor Chad Current officiating. Pallbearers will be Gary Wood McBride, Jerry Workman, Zach Zornes, Garey Hunt, Kyle Moran, Austin Sanders, Jeff Shields and Richard Hollar.
Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
