(née Ainsworth)
On the 14th April 2022, peacefully at Chorley Hospital,
Annette Evelyn
aged 68 years.
Beloved wife of the late Andrew, dearly loved mother of Natalie and Andrew, a loving mother in law and devoted grandma of
Edith, Alice and Lois.
Funeral service and
committal will be held at
Charnock Richard Crematorium
on Friday 6th May at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to British Heart Foundation or the R.S.P.C.A.
