I would just like to say that my 2nd cousin, Lois, (her and my mother were cousins through their fathers), was an excellent wife, mother and grandmother; the epitome of gracefulness, stability, kindness, love, generosity and gratitude; as a matter of fact she was every positive adjective in the dictionary! Lois, I just want you to know that every night when I said my prayers; and during corporate prayer at church, I always included you and your children! Rest easy in the arms of our Savior! I love you!

Mrs. Longmire was a very kind and faithful member of St. Mark A.M.E. Church. I
recall that she teamed up with other St. Mark members to provide excellent
health workshops for St. Mark's annual Lay organization retreats. Deepest sympathy,

To the Longmire Family,
Sending my condolences. Lois and I were longtime friends and colleagues. Working with her over 20 years at the Milwaukee Health Department. She was a sweet person to know, loved nursing and worked hard on the behalf of her clients. Yes, it is so true she loved and was proud of her children. Continue in the love and legacy she leaves and to continue to love God.
