Bill and I were the dearest of friends. We taught together in Alaska for many years, and we always had each other´s back. Bill used to tell my husband that he and I spent more time together in hotel rooms than my husband and I did. That was because the classes required for our teaching recertification were often held at the hotels that housed the visiting instructors. I will remember Bill fondly forever, and I hope the family can find peace and comfort.

Mr. McCain was my PE teacher at Monroe Middle school in the early 70's. He was a favorite teacher for many of us. He not only made those years something to tolerate but to enjoy! I have a lot of good memories of middle school and he was a large part of that. So sorry to hear of his passing. God's blessing on him and his family.
