Ronnie was a dear and loyal friend of my husband Jack. They had grew up together; attending grade school, and Page High. Ronnie & Jack were active in canoeing, and kayaking at The Nantahala River. They taught my guys how to Kayak, and went almost every summer. My children looked up to him. Ronnie was there many times with Jack to help them learn how to shoot a firearm at the gun range. He was right there making sure they got there firing certificate. A proud moment for them. They often said he was like "family" to us all. Ronnie was gifted with being so wise, my children could go to him about any subject. Even though they and I will miss talking to him, its reassuring to know he is now in peace and no more pain . Thats a blessing! Love and

If you were in Mrs. King´s Advanced Placement Math Class at Page High School, you remembered Ronnie Anderson as a very good student. Well dressed. Kind. And thoughtful. Ditto for when he was at UNC. Rest in Peace , Young Man. See you and your SS 396 in the sky. Strap on your helmet. And buckle up ! Respectfully, Turk....Rome, Italy

I was Ron"s Medicare agent. We had so many nice conversations in the few years that I knew him. I am so sad to hear of his passing. What a nice man.

A twinkle lost and a twinkle found! You have a large piece of my heart and I will never, ever the kind and loving friend you were to me and my boys. We weren't feeling a lot of love when we started handing out with you, and that all changed. You taught me the important stuff and assured me my job as a Mom to my 3 sons was the most important thing I'd ever do in life. I love you RA, always and forever,
Dang Elaine!! Sooner than later we'll be together again. Gone but NEVER forgotten!!

Ronnie was a special person in my life at one time. He was kind and had a great sense of humor. His mother Mamie adored him. He will be missed.
