My heart was saddened to hear that Officer Foster passed he was a very nice man and a faithful worker, he worked my site at times when we needed someone to cover, even when his knee was bothering him he came. My prayers is that his family and love ones be comforted in Knowing that God Cares and He Love you and He will take care of you during this difficult time in Jesus Name
