Gerald Heiliger Obituary

Gerald Clarence "Jerry" Heiliger Lady Lake, FL - Jerry Heiliger, 85, passed away peacefully in his home on August 23, 2024. Jerry was known and loved by many for his bubbly personality. He always seemed to have a pep in his step , a smile on his face, and could be heard whistling happy tunes wherever he went. Jerry managed the local JCPenney store and after its closing in 1995, he worked at Premier Bank until he retired in 2000. In his spare time, Jerry was very involved with The Lions Club and loved playing golf at The Mounds.

After retiring, Jerry and his wife Judy moved to The Villages of Lady Lake, Florida where they have spent the last 24 years enjoying the warm weather, the plethora of golf courses and live music, and also cheering on the Packers and Badgers from afar.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Judy, 3 kids and their spouses, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of Life held in Jerry's honor at The Mounds Country Club on September 30 from 4-7 pm.
