Catherine "Cathe" Willis Lewis, age 63, of Lake Forest, Illinois passed away on November 22, 2021. She was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Marilyn "Mayno" and the late Frank B. Willis, Jr., Cathe graduated from New Trier High School and the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Cathe had a successful career in mortgage banking and as the principal of a college coaching practice. Beloved wife of 30 years to Arthur Lewis; loving mother of Dan (Darby); adored sister of Patricia Chamberlain and William (Karen) Willis; Sister–In–Law of Mary Ellen (Eric) Schieding, Lizanne (Bob) Sosnowski, Kathi (Jack) Lewis, Allison Lee, Jamie (Kathy) Lewis, and aunt of 5 nephews, 2 nieces, and 2 grand-nieces. She will be remembered fondly by all those who lives she touched. There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 10am–1 pm, with a time of sharing at 11 a.m. at Gorton Community Center, 400 E. Illinois Road, Lake Forest.
