DADDY IT'S BEEN ONE YEAR TODAY AND IT SEEMS LIKE FOREVER!!!! MY SORROW HAS NOT LESSENED AND I BELIEVE IT WILL NEVER FADE BECAUSE I MISS YOU SO MUCH !!!! I'M SO GLAD YOU PICKED ME AS ONE OF YOUR CHILDREN. I THANK YOU FOR LOVING ME AND TEACHING ME ALL THE GREAT THINGS ABOUT LIFE AND ABOUT BEING A GOOD PERSON. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER LEARNING HOW TO REPAIR THINGS AROUND THE HOUSE AND NOT FORGET TO TAKE CARE OF MOM. I CARRY YOU IN MY HEART AND MIND FOR THE REST OF MY DAYS UNTIL I MEET YOU AGAIN IN HEAVEN. YOU ARE MY FIRST AND LAST THOUGHT EVERY DAY. THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST GRANDPA MY CHILDREN COULD EVER HAVE IN A BILLION LIFE-TIMES!! THEY MISS YOU SO MUCH! BRYAN ALWAYS SAYS SO MANY THINGS YOU DID AND WISHES YOU COULD HAVE HELD YOU GREAT GRANDDAUGHT KORAL LEE JUST ONCE BUT HE KNOWS YOU ARE HER SPECIAL ANGEL WATCHING OVER HER. DYLAN HAS YOUR ATTITUDE THAT HE'S A LADY'S MAN,HE REALLY IS TRYING!!HA!HA!HA! HE MISSES YOU TO. BILL LOVES AND MISSES YOU ALSO. I KNOW YOUR LEAVING WAS NOT GOOD-BYE BUT I'LL SEE YA LATER. I remember how you would meticulously hang every ornament.. check every bulb and put on that messy angel hair.. It wont be the same without you gramps. Merry Christmas. We love you.

The Great Tag,
Grampa I have to tell you a little story. Im sitting on my couch one evening after having a really bad day and Angel turns to me and says: Mom, do you miss grampa? I said, Oh yes a whole bunch. Angel then says, you know that Grampa is sitting next to you? I looked at him in dismay and said what??? He said, oh yeah Ma he's smokin in the house and he's not supposed to! I started laughin and said Grampa can smoke wherever he wants to.. I walked away and cried wishin I could turn back time, to say one last I love you, to hear one of those Great Tag jokes, to hear you walk through the house with the usual Ooo..Ooo sound when Grama is gettin on to you :).And one of my last favorite things to get from you..some more sugar.. Im sending it your way Grampa. Make sure and send some back. We love you.

We did not have the privilege of meeting this wonderful man but we have heard stories and know that he was much loved and adored by those who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and take comfort that he now watches over you from a not so distant place.
