Dear Sheehan Family,
We are all so very sorry to hear that Bill passed away. We will always remember him as our great neighbor on Fairfield Ave. We could not ask for a better one. I can still picture his smiling face!
When I started the CPD Academy, he was always there to give me encouragement. We sure did miss him and your family, when you moved away.
May all your wonderful memories bring you comfort now, and in the difficult days ahead. May God hold Bill in the palm of His hand until you meet again. What a great guy, and truly one of Chicago's Finest!
Sincerely,
John Rafferty

Deepest sympathy to Bill's family. I worked with Bill in the Intelligence Division and he was a neighbor of the Sullivan's and my Uncle John L. Always a class act and a dear friend, Bill will be missed by all.
