Joanne,I personally did not know your husband Bill however, I wanted to offer my sincere condolences because you are not only my co-worker, you are also my Sister. You have been on my mind since I heard and I wanted to reach out to you in this dark season and offer encouragement because although the sun will shine again, it may not be as bright at times. To be absent from the body is to be present with the LORD and I am a living witness that, Bill is not gone. His spirit and the love that you two shared still lives on. Things may never seem "normal" again however, when things do settle down and you open yourself up, you will see and hear signs which will confirm this. I don't know what I can do to help you through and maybe its nothing but, just know you are in my thoughts and my prayers.

Bill and I were in high school together. He took me to a spring dance one year. We had a great time and later our daughters had the privilege of swimming together at York. He was a great dad and person. He will be missed.
