Reid, fond brother of Garlene (Douglas) Lamb and Pamela Katz, dear uncle of Delynn, Glenn, Kyle, Brian, Steven, Kynan and Kelvyn, also survived by many great nieces, preceded in death by his mother, Verba and nephew Kerwyn. Memorial service Sunday, April 7, at 2 p.m. at the Chicago Club of the Deaf, 4221 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL. Arrangements by the Cremation Society of Illinois. For Info., 847-577-6505. I know him for long times. I want you know that. Billy are saved go to heaven. My deaf pastor from our church He witness to Billy. I was his roommate for 3 to 5 years.
