William Ossmann Obituary
William James Ossmann, age 80, of Asheville, NC passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. "Bill was born in Chicago, IL, son to the late William Arthur and Georgianne Kosar Ossmann.
A man of great pride and integrity, Bill was a respected, life-long member of the Chicago Board of Trade. During his long career, he started many small companies. He also loved working with his children's schools and with various local boards. Among his family and friends, Bill was well known as a wonderful cook and baker. Bill life was well-lived.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Joyce Ann (Mearling) Ossmann of the home, his daughter, Kristan (Jackie) and his son, Eric William Ossman (Michelle), his grandchildren; Sofia, Catalina, and William.
Services for Bill will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Asheville Humane Society, https://secure.ashevillehumane.org/site/Donation

Bill was the anchor for the family. He was thoughtful and wise in making decisions about his family needs.
