Furlong, William B. age 76, Marine Veteran of Korean War. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Terzich); loving father of William (Peggy), Brian and John; dear grandfather of Liam, Kylie and Conor; fond brother of the late Peggy; also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews. Memorial Service Friday, 8 p.m. at Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 W. Archer Ave. (corner of Natoma). Interment private. Member of Quigley Counsel K of C. In lieu of flowers, donations to P.A.C.T.T. (Parents Allied with Children and Teachers For Tomorrow) P.O. Box 492, Oak Park, IL 60303, non-profit agency working with individuals with autism. Memorial visitation Friday, 2 to 9 p.m. 773-586-7900.

I miss my dear father-in-law so much. I wish we'd had more time... for chats about practically any subject, especially the kids, or Billy. He always believed in his family. And, he loved to cook for all of us. I hope he has an amazing kitchen in heaven.
