My condolences to the Flanigan Family. I remember playing with Billy as a kid when we would visit with my cousins. I will keep him and all of the family in my prayers.

My sincere sympathy to all of the Flanigans during this sad time. I don't remember not knowing Billy. He was just always there during my early childhood, as much as any of my siblings were, except he would let me sit on his lap while he was waiting to pick Kathy up for a date. He brings a smile to my face each time I think of him, and I'll continue to think of him often. My prayers are with all of you.
Love,
Sharon

Dear Mrs. Flanigan and Family,
My heart is very heavy now that Billy is gone. I will always remember him as one of the nicest people I was ever blessed to know. Even after snitching so many times on him for trying to sneak a kiss from Kathy on our front porch "back in the day", he still talked to me! He was that way with all of our family - he'd do anything for any of us. Knowing now that he is at peace, and happy with all his family and friends who went before him, brings some comfort, but I sure will miss that "Hi ya Hel, how are ya? How's Mom?" whenever we met. God Bless you Bill. I pray we meet again someday. You will be missed and remembered always. Please know that all the family is in our prayers.
Love, Helen
