Billy,
One of my fondest memories of your Dad was when he took us along with your Mom and Michael to Chinatown for dinner. I think we were about 9 or 10 years old. He was very helpful with what kind of foods to try. I had never been to Chinatown. I also remember that we all laughed that night. A good time was had by all. God Bless Billy Cox !

W. H. Auden said it best: "Among those whom I like, I can find no common denominator, but among those I love, I can; all of them make me laugh." Bill made me laugh. Peace to you, Bill.

I’d like to share a particularly happy memory of Bill from “the old days”. I was a baseball nut in my teens (Go White Sox) and just about every day after work I’d kick off my heels, grab Bill and my baseball glove, and we’d play catch in the lot next to our house on 46th and Normal. No doubt it blew Bill’s tough guy image to be seen playing catch with his sister, but he would do it every time he couldn’t find a good enough place to hide from me. In memory, Bill…Dorisann.
