Bill (and his late wife Carrie) were wonderful next-door neighbors to our family. We were always greeted by Bill with a big hello and warm smile. He always had time to ask about our family and showed genuine concern or joy at what was told to him. He in turn would reciprocate with tales of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Due to our being caregivers this particular week to my wife’s mother, we are sadly unable to attend Bill’s services. I will truly miss those over the fence conversations. Our sincerest condolences to your family at this time.
