Graveside services will be noon Wednesday, June 13, 2007, in Florence Memorial Gardens, directed by Waters-Powell Funeral Home.
She was born in Williamsburg County, a daughter of the late Willie and Lena Stone Lynch.
Mrs. Welch was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis Welch of the home; a daughter, Willa May (Wayne) Ivey of Lydia; three sisters, Rose Lee Taylor of Florence, Sharon Freeman and Mary Ann McGee, both of Darlington; a brother, Leroy Lynch of Society Hill; and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother.
