DEAR NANCY AND FAMILY, YOU ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. WENDELL WAS MY ROOMMATE DURING OUR FRESHMAN YEAR AT ND. HE CONSTANTLY AMAZED ME WITH HIS HIGH LEVEL OF INTELLIGENCE AND YET HE MANAGED TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE CARED FOR THE PEOPLE AROUND HIM. THIS WAS WHAT I FELT DURING THE LAST THREE YEARS WHEN I LOST MY SON, DAVID AND THIS YEAR WHEN I LOST MY WFE. HE CALLED ON BOTH OCCASIONS AND COMFORTED ME GREATLY. I WILL MISS HIM A LOT AND HOPE THAT YOU WILL FIND COMFORT IN KNOWING THE LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT ADMIRED HIM AND THAT HIS LOVE FOR YOU AND HIS FAMILY WILL HELP YOU THROUGH THIS VERY DIFFICULT TIME. MUCH LOVE TO ALL. BOB COSSABOON

Denise,Barb,Danny,Brian
My sincere condolences for the loss of your father. I was your father's Executive Secretary while he was our number one man at Allis-Chalmers in Appleton WI I have many memories of your mother and of his talking with pride about the four of you. He stayed in touch every Christmas for past 20 years and I was always happy to hear from him. I'll be Harbor Springs in a few weeks and thought I'd take him up on stopping in to see him....so sorry to hear of your family's loss. My condolences to everyone.

Our deepest sympathy to Nancy and the entire Bueche family. We have known Wendell for many years as a business associate and friend. We have always had the highest regard for him. He was a giant in business yet always a friend to all. I am sure he will miss cheering for his beloved Notre Dame this fall!

Dear Nancy, Denise, Barb, Dan, Brian, Spouses and Grandchildren,

It’s been many years since I’ve seen most of you, but I want to extend my sincere apologies to everyone in the passing of Wendell. He truly was a great man with great accomplishments in his lifetime, both family and business. I have followed his career for as long as I can remember and often refer to his achievements in conversation. He will be deeply missed.

With condolences,

Paul Bueche

As the Chicago daughter of a "Flushing Girl", the name Bueche was very familiar. Not only for the family members that graced the pages of "Perannos" with my mother, uncles and aunt in the Bourassa family, but of course for one of my favorite grocery stores over the years when visiting. I don't know if Wendell was one of the "Bueche Boys" (as my mother referred to them) involved with the store, but his family was. I extend my sympathy on behalf of my late mother and the rest of the Bourassa clan.
