Walter Staller Obituary

Staller, Walter J. Peoria, formerly of Chicago, 76, died at 11:50 a.m., on Thursday, March 21, 2002, at Sharon Pines Health Care in Peoria. He was born on December 31, 1925, in Chicago, to Joseph and Anna Katzenberger Staller. He was married Mary Ann Glasner in 1946 in Chicago, she died in August of 1974. He later married Irene Glasner in 1975 in Chicago, she survives. Also surviving is one daughter, Loretta (and Robert) Burnham of Estes Park, Colorado. Staller worked for 42 years as a janitor in many apartment complexes throughtout the Chicago area, retiring in 1994. He was an avid golfer and fisherman. Cremation rites will be accorded. A memorial service will be held in Chicago at a later date. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria is in charge of local arrangements.
