Walter Jordan Obituary

Jordan, Jr., Walter B. "Brad" Age 77, late of Lockport, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph Medical Center. Born in West Virginia, formerly of Park Forest living in Lockport for the past six years. Retired from Elkay Manufacturing after 22 years of service. United States Air Force veteran. Preceded in death by his first wife Vallie Jordan in 1999. Parents Walter B. and Lena V. (nee Neal) Jordan. Three sons Ben Pieri, Gary Pieri and Walter B. Jordan III. One brother and three sisters. Son-in-law James DeMase. Survived by his loving wife of four years Sandra (nee Bayr-Foster), his children Marcia DeMase of Crete, Darrell (Diane) Jordan of Peotone and Janice Jordan of Richton Park, two stepdaughters Shelley and Stacy, 10 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, brother Gary (Jean) Jordan of FL and sister Betty (Bill) Taylor of Huntley. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends also survive. Funeral services will be held Friday at 7:00pm in the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel, 1105 E. 9th St. (159th St.), Lockport, with Pastor Gil Palmer officiating. Visitation Friday from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. Interment will be private at Skyline Memorial Park, Monee, IL.

Walt was the representative of values at Elkay. He helped me and my family when we were in Toronto and provided me not only professional bit also personal help. I am so sorry to see him out of Elkay's existence.
