Walter Collins Obituary

Collins, Walter F. U.S. Army Veteran, age 95, of Henderson, NV, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2010. Mr. Collins is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years Elaine (Bagneschi) Collins, two children, Thomas F. Collins of Prescott, AZ and Patricia S. (Collins) Lucas, of Henderson, NV, three grandchildren, Kristin, Heather, and Ryan, and great-grandfather of two. Mr. Collins was a World War II Veteran having served in the Army-Air-Core before returning to make his home in Villa Park, IL, where he lived until his retirement to Sarasota, FL. Prior to his retirement, he was very active in the Villa Park, IL V.F.W. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Veterans Angels Inc., 10170 W.
