Vivian Pastiak, nee Stach, age 98, at rest October 5th, Beloved wife of the late Bernard "Barney". Loving mother of Tom (Donna), Terri (Bill) Kujawa, Debbie (Daryl) Powell and the late Patricia (the late Bill) Zulfur. Cherished grandmother of 7, great-grandmother of 20. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation Sunday, October 9th, 4pm to 8pm at RICHARD J MODELL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 12641 W. 143rd Street, Homer Glen. Family and friends will gather Monday, October 10th, at Our Lady of the Woods Church, 10731 W. 131st Street, Palos Park, Mass 10am. (There are no services being held at the funeral home on Monday).
