I keep all of you in prayer and thought as do the Sisters of Holy Cross. I will offer a Mass for your mother tomorrow Sat. August 4.

John, Mike & Russ:
I am sorry for your loss, but can't help but think about things I remembered most (or was told to me) about your Mom. I remember her Christmas cookies! They were spectacular and good. I remember being told "Vi never makes mistakes when typing, she a professional secretary." Of course, my Mom said that. I remember our families picnicking together, and Vi coming back with "road apples." I remember all of our parents being dressed up for formal dinners for Holy Cross fundraisers. They were all stunners -- not a bad one in the bunch - Vi & Jack, Marge & Rudy. I remember hearing about the holiday parties at the Western Pump. I remember Vi's deep voice.
May God keep and bless Vi.
