DiTommaso, Vincent James age 84, beloved husband of Loretta (nee Monaco), caring father of Anita (Michael) Plecas, Anthony G. (Lucy) DiTommaso and Vincent L. DiTommaso, loving grandfather of Nicole (Daniel) Stratton, Nicholas Plecas, Emily L, Vincent J., Lorelei E., Cecilia A., Alexandra and James V. DiTommaso, loving brother of Rudolph (Marie) DiTommaso, Amelia Donato, Diane (Larry) Petrongelli and the late Rita Tartaglia. Visitation Wednesday, April 29th, 9:30 a.m. till time of funeral Mass 10 a.m. at St. Issac Jogues Church Fourth and Clay St. Hinsdale, IL 60521. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to victims of the earthquake in L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy, please make donations payable to Unico Foundation Disaster Relief Fund (earthquake relief) 271 U.S. Highway 46 West Suite A, 108 Fairfield, NJ 07004 or www.unico.org. Dear Tony, Lucy and the DiTommaso family,
We have such warm memories of your father. Particularly, how seriously he too his "job" of making the batter's box and foul lines at Vinny and Max's Pony League games. Everyone of the games looked like it was the World Series.
As the priest said today: "He is not gone, He's just in a different place."
