Chavez, Veronica "Sylvia" age 71, beloved wife of Arthur, devoted mother of Linda, Arthur, Anthony and his wife Kathy, and Christopher, dearest sister of Esther Lance, Mildred Gillespie, the late Evelyn Poett and Jenny Deak, devoted daughter of the late Linda and Chris Collo, niece to Lino Oviedo and the late Susie Gomez, wonderful and loving aunt, cousin, friend, and colleague to many. Sylvia dedicated many creative years of service educating children at the River Grove Public Library. Her loss will be deeply felt.
