Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Animal Rescue, Inc., P.O. Box 35, Maryland Line, MD 21105

To the family of Vern, our sincere sympathy in your time of grief. We met Vern at M-ASA in the early 1990's. He gave me (Chris) my very first glider ride. He loved my potluck dish, a vegetarian meatloaf. We all have many fond and happy memories of Vern. You must have many, many more. He often spoke of his family with great pride. God Bless all of you in your time of sorrow. I only meet Uncle Vernon a couple of times in my life but i feel as though I know him from all the stories my grandmother(Vivian) has told me over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with you
