Jill, Peter, David, Andy and Billy,
My heartfelt sympathies are with you today.
I remember being at your house many times and your Mom was always very welcoming, had a strong presence, and a sense of humor despite all the chaos that must have surrounded her.
Mr. Sickle,... John;... May the Nachus that you and your Valerie, (Mrs.S), created keep on coming.

To the family of Valerie Sickle:
I was saddened to learn about Valerie. She was a dedicated Highland Parker who we knew as Valerie Bloomstein in high school and as Mrs. John Sickle during adult life. Valerie did meaningful things for our Highland Park community.
Tonight my thoughts are especially of John during this difficult time. You John, were my very best friend during nursery school. I think of you at this time, and your entire family, and share in your
sadness.
