Troy Ford Obituary

I miss my son, he was the only child of mine. His knowledge and experiences were truly amazing. In his 43 years on earth he experienced more that most do in their lifetime, his travels alone were epic.
I thank Yahwah for allowing me the experiences of 43 years with Troy. Yes, I wish we had had more time together, but I'm grateful for what we had.

Troy went way before his time , he was so intelligent, conversation with him was quite educational, he was a very kind , smart man , I do think of him often .

I just received the email about a fallen Hyde Parker. Peace be with you and your family always.

Ms. Ford, I send my condolences to you and your family. I attended Hyde Park with Troy. He and I skiied together while in high school with both the Hyde Park Ski Club and the Jr Snogophers. I can remember us staying over Aunt Margaret's house once or twice preparing for a ski trip. Troy was always a very nice person. Always looking out for you. Although I haven't seen Troy for a number of years, the friendship we shared as teens, I've always remembered.

I am so sorry to hear of Troy's passing. Troy and I lived right around the corner from each other most of our lives. We went to Avalon Park together and then to Hyde Park. He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I am very sorry for your loss and your hurt. I wish there is something I can do to take your pain away, but unfortunately, only time can numb some of the pain. At the very least, be comforted by the fact that he is in a much better place and is with God. He is looking over you always.

Please accept my deepest sympathies. I attended Hyde Park with Troy our last contact was shortly after graduation, but I remember how outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic Troy was. I pray for comfort and peace for his mother, family and friends.

I met Troy only once when I came to Chicago with my family. I must say he was a kind hearted person and will be missed. I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers.

Troy was truly a gifted and intelligent man,we met in Amsterdam,which we both thought as our second home.I will miss his sharp wit and intelligent conversation,God bless him, he is at peace now with the Lord.

My sincere condolence and prayers are with you. I will always cherish the photos of Troy and my son, Frank, on their mutual birthday, May 20th.

He was my only son and my closest friend. We did not always see eye to eye, but I loved him as Christ loves Me and all mankind, unconditionally.
