Timothy Scolan age 76 passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday January 26, 2022; beloved husband of the late Peggy nee Hofer; loving father of Michelle (Patrick) Walsh and Paul Scolan; proud grandfather of Jennifer, Nicole, Laura, Matt, and Sara; cherished brother of Susan (Ken) Shinkus and Thomas (Terry) Scolan; fond brother-in-law of Nicholas (Lee) Hofer; also survived by nieces and nephews. Timothy was a Eucharistic minister at Queen of Martyrs Church and Little Co. of Mary Hospital. He also served as the finance officer for the American Legion Post #854. He will be most remembered for his good sense of humor and his love for his family. Memorial donations in Timothy's name to Wounded Warriors at woundedwarriorproject.org would be greatly appreciated. Per Timothy's request, the service will be for family members only. Interment private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL; arrangement entrusted to Kosary Funeral Home 708-499-3223 or KosaryFuneralHome.com
