To my loving cousin....I will miss you so....your smile, your wit, your baked beans. I enjoyed our time, you were so loving of all so passionate about everyone one and everything you did. God speed...

Knowing Tim's whole family especially Delores and Susan, being Den Mother to his Cub Scout, priding his reputation as a highly professional and yet sensitive psychiatric social worker, I know Timothy Gawron as consistently honorable, committed to family values, courageously professional, carefully empathetic in all things, centered in the universe. And he went from a sweet boy to a man of integrity. May his generous heart serve you, Susan, Carla, Paul and families with courage, hope, faith and love to love each other as he loved you. Peace

Tim was the kindest person I have ever known. I was Tim's assistant during several of his years with Kaiser and we became great friends after he moved back to Illinois. His love for his work and dedication to his family were the most important things in his life. The world will be less without him in it. I will miss him so very much.

I met and worked with Tim shortly before his illness forced him to leave the Illinois Dept of Children & Family Services. He was well regarded as a kind and caring soul. A fund to benefit children will be a most fitting memorial to his life and work.

I had the pleasure to work with Tim when he was at the Divsion of Mental Health and the Department of Children and Family Services. He was great child advocate who had a great passion for securing better behavioral health care for children in Illinois. His humor, intellect and passion will be missed. May we continue to build on what he loved.
