Welch, fond brother of Jane Strong, Larry (Maria) Welch, Rick (Joann) Welch, Robert (Sue) Welch, Therese (Mark) Degnan, Colleen (James) Mitchell, dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle and faithful friend to many. Dear Welch Family: Tom was a year older than me at St. Helena's, but I remember him well and they are good memories. I am so sorry that such a terrible tragedy has befallen your family.
