You were always there for me with advice and told it how it was...I will always remember watching baseball games and jeopardy with you as you always got all the answers correct...I love you grandpa

My deepest condolences to the Ocallaghans. He was a great father and a great man. We grew up running in and out of his home as kids. I always stopped and talked to him when I was visiting my parents house on School St. May God grant your family peace and may his memory be forever eternal.

St. Michael will welcome Tommy in heaven, he was a great human being, policemans policeman, always helped the green horn rookies in the old fort forgotten Austin 015 dist, my prayers are with him always.

My sincerest and deepest condolences go out to Tom's family. I go way back with Tom to 1967 when he broke me in on the job. He was a great police officer and a great teacher. His skills and training stayed with me for 34 years on the job. I know he will be deeply missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family.

Always a gentleman. Tommy was a great policeman and had the patience of a Saint, RIP brother.

My condolences to Tom's entire family
Worked with Tom in the old 015 and remember him as one of the older guys who alway helped and defended the rookies coming into the district
Although he never was a field training officer he mentored many rookies who went on to become bosses in the CPD

When I started on the job Tom was one of the guys who taught me how to be a Policeman. A good man who will be missed.
