Michelsen, Thomas H. Age 95, Veteran U.S. Army WWII, double Purple Heart recipient. Long time Chicago Roseland resident. Beloved husband of the late Rae nee Capriglione. Loving father of Thomas (Mary Lou), Jerry (Frances) and Judith. Proud grandfather of J.J., Susan (Shane) Wentz, Angela, Cheryl (Emilio) Mejia, Nicholas and Krysten. Cherished great-grandfather of 5. Dear brother of Kaye (late Guy) Aurigemma, the late Warren (Fran), and Vernon (late Helen). Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral service Saturday 10:30 a.m. at Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service), 14318 S. LaGrange Rd. (9600 W./RT. 45), Orland Park.
