McGreal Sr., Thomas F. 43, SFC, Army Ret., beloved husband of Kimberly (nee Neal), loving father of Thomas F. Jr., Meghan and step-father of Kaylen, dear "Poppa" to Nathan, son of Thomas P. and Mary Lu (nee Mitchell), brother of Michael (Brigitta), Kevin (Julie), Patrick, I.S.P. (Shirley, C.C.S.P.D.) and Kathleen, C.P.D., uncle of Madison, Quinn, Sloane, Vanessa and Kenneth, nephew and cousin of many, cherished friend of Victoria McGreal, his pride and passion for America ran deep as a Highly decorated soldier who trained Military Personnel around the world and was the recipient of numerous medals and commendations during his tour of duty for the Department of The Army. He served his country proudly for 17 years as a member of The Green Beret, 82nd Airbourne, Military Funeral Honor Guard and Drill Sergeant. Member of Chapter 49 of the Disabled American Veterans and Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus. Funeral Monday, 9:15 a.m., from Donnellan Funeral Home, 10525 S. Western Ave., to St. John Fisher Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Disabled American Veterans Assn. Chapter #49, Paul E. I was VERY saddened to return from the weekend and hear your sad news about Tom.My prayers are with you and your family.I know that words can not replace Tom's memory but I know he will watch over you and grant you and your family peace
