Thomas Leo Obituary
Tom Leo, devoted and loving husband of the late Mary Kretz Leo. And beloved son of the late Irene (nee Woyner) and Bernard Leo joined them in the next life on Oct 29, 2024. Tom is mourned by his five younger sisters, Marge (Jack Hayes), Pat (Bob Houston), the late Bernadette (late Owen McAleenan), Rose (Jim Horvath) and Jo Anne Leo, OP, and his foster daughter Nicola (Joe Avena).
All are welcome to attend services for Tom to be held on Saturday, Nov 9, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., at Curley Funeral Home, 6116 W. 111 th St., Chicago Ridge. Mass of the Resurrection follows at 11 a.m., St. Linus Parish, 10300 S. Lawler, Oak Lawn, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's name to Midwest Augustinians (https://www.midwestaugustinians.org) or Sinsinawa Dominican (https://www.sinsinawa.org) are greatly appreciated. Tom was one Romeo`s, we swim at Welles Park in Lincoln Square. After swimming The Romeo´s would go out for lunch around the neighborhood. Tom is always in my thoughts and prayers.
