Dear Peggy, So very sorry to hear of Tom's sudden death. We knew him long ago at 913 W. Wrightwood. We were three young girls in a big city and he was always so kind. I just learned that Tom died. How awful. I am so, so sorry. His voice immediately came to me, that big, booming, cheerful voice. He was always so supportive of my work and I appreciated that so much. I will miss him. Please accept my condolences, but know that Tom will always be in our hearts and in the hearts of so many.

What can I say, Tom was as beautiful a man as there can be. Kind, generous, thoughtful, funny. He wanted everyone to have a good time. Life will be strange without that smile, a big smile. He always seemed to look for the best in folks and forgive the flaws. I can't believe we only got that much time with him. I will miss him.
