Hildebrand, Thomas

Thomas Hildebrand, 57, of Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 22, 2021 at his home. Born on July 8, 1963 in Chicago, he was the son of Raymond and Virginia Hildebrand. On April 19, 1994 he married Karyn O'Brien in Las Vegas, Nevada. They enjoyed over 44 years together. Tom was a member of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 52/21 and left his job in 2020 due to illness. He will always be remembered as a hard worker. He loved his family, friends, and pets dearly and enjoyed walking his dogs Mac, Lucky, Dino and Pebbles to see the sunrise, listening to The Grateful Dead, fishing, canoeing and an all-around nature lover. He is survived by his wife Karyn, sister Karen Swanson, brothers Donald (Jackie) Hildebrand, and Raymond (Julie) Hildebrand; nieces and nephews Michael (Danielle) Noonan, Dana Swanson, Brian (Amber) Hildebrand, Megan Noonan, Matthew (Stacy) Noonan, Carly, Connor and Claire Hildebrand; grand-niece Darian Noonan. He is preceded in death by his father Raymond, his mother Virginia and his brothers Robert and James. Per Tom's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation provided by Care Memorial Cremation. Tom's online guest book is available, and condolences can be shared with the family
