Thomas Fitzgibbon Obituary

My deepest sympathy to the Fitzgibbon Family. I was shocked to here of Tom's death. I worked for him back in NY and he was a gentleman to work for. Words can't describe the type of man he was, I will miss him dearly.

I was saddened to learn of Tom's passing. He had a great sense of humor and we shared many laughs at events for Special Children’s Charities. My mother joins me in expressing our condolences to the Fitzgibbon family.

Tom, I just learned of your son's passing...what a classy guy you raised. Our prayers are with you.

An and I are devastated by everything that's happened, but we've also taken alot of solace and strength from the selfless good cheer and humor with which Tommy approached so many things. He was a great guy, with a wonderfully straightforward approach to life that we'll never forget; we loved him very much.

He so graciously shared his friendship and his family with us when we relocated to Chicago from New York.We originally met Tom while living in Belle Harbor, Queens.We'll always remember him for his big heart and that wonderful smile. Tom and I palled around when we were kids as cousins often do; As we grew older we went separate ways with our own families as adults often do; But he will always be remembered in our hearts as dear and special family members often are!
