Tommy:

Although we were not able to spend much time together, I will always hold you close in my heart and cherish the memories of you as a cousin and a man that has given so much of his life and love to those in need. I miss you and hope you know how much we all love you.

Our world is a better place because you were in it. Your fight for social justice has inspired us and challenged us to continue to speak out for abuse victims around the world. You will be so missed. It was an honor to know you.



May you find peace and light in your journey, Tom.

Uncle Tommy you will be missed by me and you will never know how much. Things that you told will alway be in my head and my heart. I'm going to miss you very much and i will be sad for a long time but every day i will wake up and move on 'cause that is what you would want. I will miss

My uncle was a special man. He was loved greatly by his family. He will be missed. He is in a good place with people he loves. I loved him more then he ever knew.

It's hard to think back on my life without memories of you popping into my heart and mind. You were a wondrful and special man who will continue to live in the hearts of those whose lives you touched.

You fought for those who had no voice,

Well done, good and faithful servant.

You walked with those that others had cast aside,

You traveled to dark places in the human soul and laced those places with laughter and hope,

You didn't give up, you didn't sell out,

Well done, good and faithful servant.

And when your time was over, you put on your robe of white and went to join the saints,

Tom, Farewell, good and faithful servant. You touched so many lives and were the first one to give the Survivor's a Voice and Hope. I thank you. The candle you lit has become a Flame for truth and justice. Peace.

Tommy, You have always inspired me to live life to it's fullest and do what is right for you. Our family was blessed with your sense of humor. I was so proud to be your cousin--I wish I would have told you that before now. We love you and will always remember your laugh.

You have touched our lives in a way that no other person could. Your strength, courage, sense of humor and love will live in us forever. I am so glad that you were a part of our lives, our family will miss you, but we know you are in a better place, watching over us.

Tom, your memory will always be with us as we continue the search for justice for clergy abuse survivors here in California and throughout the nation. Without you, we could not have proceeded down this path. Your tenacity, determination, courage and drive have been the connerstone of the survivors movement. Thanks will never be enough.

Tom: Your energy and zest for meaningful life, fairness, and compassion never wavered and will never die. Your contageous energy and love for the less powerful has energized so many to carry on your just and rightious work. I was blessed to have known you as colleague and friend.

Although I just met you in Tronto, I know you were fighting for all of us... and still are. The angels are conducting you into paradise and you must be hearing, "Welcome, good and faithful servant."

There is a revolution that is going on that is every bit as important as that of Martin Luther. Your work and tireless effort was at the forefront and God called you to give you a ringside seat for the finally.

Your work is done, there are now thousands to carry your torch. As the light shines on the secrecy, I humbly thank your family for the gift of you.
