Thomas Balchunas Obituary

Thomas R. Balchunas, 37, a resident since 1996 of Phoenix, a native of McHenry, Illinois, an employee of the Legacy Golf Resort in Phoenix, died at his home on Sunday, August 20, 2000. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, August 24, 2000, 4-9 p.m., at George R. Justen & Son Funeral Home, 3519 West Elm Street, McHenry. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 25, 10:30 a.m., at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 3500 West Washington Street, McHenry, officiated by Father Byron Maher. Interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery, McHenry. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials to the Salvation Army, 290 West Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
