Siegel, Theodore 85, beloved husband of Helen (nee Klein), and the late Natalie (nee Field), loving father of Rosyln (Dr. Earl) Chernoff and Howard (Ronna) Siegel, adored step-father of Barry and Michael (Lori) Siegel, proud grandfather of Mark and Michael Chernoff, Steve (Tammy) Siegel and Nicole (Steve) Holmes, adored great grandfather of Jackson Siegel. predeceased by five siblings, uncle and great uncle "Teddy" of many. Service Thursday, 2:30 p.m. at Chicago Jewish Funerals Chapel, 195 North Buffalo Grove Road, (one block North of Lake Cook Road), Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
