God bless you, Fr. McNulty!

I was a Student at St. Thomas More and my fondest memory of father was on report card day, the class would be silent doing are work and he would jump in the classroom and louder the better to him and he would make us all jump out of our seats! He always had encouraging words while looking at your report card even if you weren't doing well that time. He will surely be missed greatly!

I grew up with Teds younger brother Tom.I still remember when he came home from the war. He bought a new white Pontiac. He was a hero to all the kids on Ada St. I wish I hadn't lost touch with him. It would have been wonderful to sit and talk with him about the old days. May God bless and keep you Ted. Jack Schodrof.

I was sad to hear about Father. He will be missed at Tommy More. He was a good person and a true LEO man. It was good to have known him.

Father Ted was a great, long-time friend and golf partner of my father (Dan Dillon, Sr.) and I had the great pleasure of playing with them once and hanging out with them several times. Father Ted's repartee was something to behold. I'm sure I'm not alone in reminiscing about things he said which, to this day, make me smile. For instance, on the night of my mother's funeral, he came back to my family's home where we talked late into the evening. He proceeded to tell a good friend of ours, who has a master's degree in literature from the University of Chicago and is an editor at a prominent Chicago publication, that Ernest Hemingway (our friend's favorite author) was a hack.



Our sincere condolences to everyone who knew him, especially his family.

I had the privelege to serve Mass with Father and work with him in the rectory for two years. He is a faithful man who taught me that knowledge is a gift obtained from God. Always good for a laugh. My fondest memory will always be his history lessons and having Mr. Perz play "Bear Down Chicago Bears" as the recessional him on Super Bowl Sunday in '86. My prayers are with his family and friends.

Our condolences to the family of Father Ted. We have many good memories of all the 22 years Father spent at Tommy More. Long time parishioners who enjoyed your jokes.

I want to thank Father McNulty for all that he did at St.Thomas More. He was the priest whom bestowed upon me the sacrament of communion when I was 11. He was a great man and a great priest. He will never be forgotten.

I had the privilige and honor to sit next to Father McNulty at Ken's. If the world was full of Father McNultys it would be a much better place. May God grant him perpetual rest after his long labors in the Vineyard.

Ted and I spent many exciting months together as Marines in Tangku, China in 1946. Please be assured of my daily prayers. Peace, John Gaughan
