TO THE FAMILY OF TED LECHOWICZ:
I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. TED WAS A WONDERFUL AND KIND MAN AND MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU IN THIS TIME OF DEEP SORROW.

Ted was one of the kindest men on earth. Unless he was evaluating a budget, he never said "NO" and he was always willing to lend his assistance and advice. I will truly miss Ted's stories of his political career. Ted's character was of the highest calibre and his wisdom was priceless. I am honored and lucky to have known such a fine human being. Anyone whose life Ted touched, will never be the same without him. I would often, many times, ask Teddy why he would spend so much time working on this project or that project for people (without asking for anything in return). His response was ALWAYS, "Because he is a friend". It is with a heavy heart that I will always remember Ted and he will never be forgotton.

Our thoughts and prayers to the family of one of the greatest men I've ever had the pleasure to work for. Contrary to his menacing size and stern looks, he was a very kind and gentle man. He always treated my family and me as if we were family. I'll never forget the first time while I was working for him and went to shake his hand, as I went to extend my hand he said "I hope your handing me a palm card and not just an empty hand" He was a politicians by all means and loved by all. WE LOVE YOU TEDDY.

To Ted's family...
I read the sad news of ted's passing on the internet and my heart instantly grieved for you. Ted was a friand and a great supporter of mine throught my
years with the Polish Roman Catholic Union. He always encouraged me and gave his all to the Polish community. His brother Ed and I were classmates at Weber H,S.
Be assured I would be at his funeral etc., except for the fact that I am in Florida for the winter months...
A great MAN has passed to his eternal reward. Ted and you are in our prayers. May God keep him in his eternal kingdom
And ALWAYS remember the good times and good he has done for you and his friends.
Rest in Peace Tadziu !!!! R.I.P.

Mrs. Lechowicz, Eddie, Laura, Stacy, Jason, and the kids... it is with tears in my eyes that I type this... I cannot tell you how absolutely heart-broken I feel over the Commissioner's passing... I am so thankful to have known him and truly cherish how close we had become in recent years. Because of his friendship and his sage wisdom, I know I am a better person. I will undoubtedly miss his undying wit, upbeat optimism, and of course, that triumphant laugh... May his memory be eternal. With love, Jason Christopoulos
