Terry Berman Obituary

I'll always remember Terry with a warm smile on her face and kind and caring words for those she encountered. May her deeds and her memory be a great blessing for Scott and the girls and her whole family.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to all the Bermans -- we cannot imagine the sorrow you must feel. Terry was a wonderful person -- always upbeat and devoted to her family. And she was so much fun. Our daughter and Laura played softball together for years, and we had a lot of wonderful trips to games in the Superdawg station wagon. One summer, the moms and the girls went to Ravinia to see John Prine and Dar Williams. Terry drove -- the Superdawg wagon -- and we spent the evening talking and laughing and listening to each other's music. Terry always enjoyed being with her girls, and they enjoyed being with her. We hope that as time moves on, remembering her will make you all smile and laugh, because she was always about laughter and the loving. -- Alison and Mark Gaynor

I met Terry when I photographed both her daughters weddings. Terry was a wonderful mother who would do anything for her children. She treated me like family from the moment I met her. I am so sorry for your loss, love David
