Thomas, Sylvia A. 91, passed away March 9, 2010. Beloved wife of William J. Thomas Sr., loving mother of Billie J Turner, Nettie I. (James) Smith, Margaret (Vernon) Borchert, Maxine Learn, Diane (Don) Weaver, the late Eileen Bartolums, William J. Thomas Jr, Micahel S. (Carmen) Thomas, Edward (Amy) Thomas, and Robert A. Thomas., proud grandmother of 16, dear great-grandmother of 21, loving great-great grandmother of seven, dear sister of Della Laliberte. She will be greatly missed by many. Sylvia was a member of the Wood Dale women's Auxiliary 2149. She was a long time member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. Visitation Monday from 3 to 9 p.m. at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium 9568 Belmont Ave Franklin Park, IL. Lying in state from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 3222 Rose Street Franklin Park. For more information please call 847-678-1950.
